Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated based on your order’s processing status.

For returns after delivery, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy. Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Existing Orders

If you placed an order under an earlier offer, the payment schedule, shipping terms and cancellation terms agreed at purchase continue to apply to that order. This updated policy does not change those agreements.
