Membership & Cancellation Policy

We’re so honored to have you as part of The Feminine Wardrobe Society. To keep pricing sustainable and quality high for all members, please review the following terms carefully.

💳 Billing Structure

• Membership is $50 per month
• Billing occurs automatically every 30 days from your original sign-up date 15th of every month
• Free shipping is included with every monthly dress

🌿 Minimum Commitment

Members agree to a minimum 2-month commitment upon joining.

Why?
Because our pricing is based on collective purchasing and planned inventory. This structure allows us to secure boutique-quality dresses at a special Society rate.

After the initial two months, you may cancel at any time.

✨ How to Cancel

After your second shipment, you may cancel in one of the following ways:

• Log into your account and manage your subscription
OR
• Email customer support at least 5 days before your next billing date

If cancellation is requested after billing has processed, that month’s dress will still ship and cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

There are:
• No cancellation fees
• No penalties
• No hidden charges

We believe in transparency and flexibility.

👗 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive pricing of Society membership:

• Monthly dresses are final sale
• Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturer defects or damage
• Any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery
