Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Processing and tracking
In-stock orders normally ship within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking information is emailed after your order ships.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need a correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed once shipping is in progress.

Delayed packages
If tracking is not updating or your package appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Existing orders
If you placed an order under an earlier offer, the payment schedule, shipping terms and cancellation terms agreed at purchase continue to apply to that order. Contact us with your order number if you need a copy or have a question.
