In-Stock Dresses

In-stock orders normally ship within **2–4 business days** after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping time begins when your package leaves us. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships.

Preorder Dresses

Preorder dresses are expected to ship in **approximately seven days**. This is an estimated shipping window rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

When you reserve a preorder dress:

- You pay **$25 at the time of reservation**.
- The $25 payment is applied toward the total purchase price.
- You authorize the remaining balance to be automatically charged to your original payment method when the dress is ready to ship.
- Your order will ship after the remaining balance has been successfully collected.
- You will receive tracking information by email when the order ships.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Changes and Address Corrections

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be delayed, contact us with your name and order number. We will help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.
